Examining the role of personal innovativeness and trust in predicting generation Z’s online booking behaviour

This study responds to the Technological Acceptance Model (TAM) critics regarding model's missing self-regulatory and motivational variables. The research integrates personal innovativeness perceived risk in TAM model explores interrelationships among those constructs. A self-administered questionnaire was used collect data for this study, 293 consumers of Indonesia Online Travel Agent (OTA) industry participated. were analysed using Partial Least Square, which employed inner outer evaluations analyse data. results demonstrated that Generation Z's attitude toward OTA application is positively affected by its usefulness ease use. Moreover, three variables significantly affect behavioural intention use e-commerce applications. Personal affects transaction risks attitudes application. These imply order enhance customers’ willingness keep application, practitioners should ensure their customers experiencing ease-of-use dan so will have a greater same future.
